We Run The City is a foundation dedicated to supporting both new and experienced runners to run properly and safely. Our primary goal is to
ensure they have fun and enjoy running for a lifetime. We take special care of our training groups, led by a professional trainer and capped at 16 participants. This limit ensures each runner receives individual coaching and support to achieve their personal running goals.

We Run The City is a foundation dedicated to supporting both new and experienced runners to run properly and safely. Our primary goal is to help runners enjoy the sport and have fun for a lifetime.

We take special care of our training groups, which are led by professional trainers and are limited to 15 participants. This ensures each runner receives individual coaching and support to achieve their  personal goals.

Our starting points are located throughout the city, so every runner can find a course that meets their expectations.

Our training levels

☆Powerwalk: This course involves walking (not running) combined with light exercises. It is suitable for the elderly and individuals with fragile conditions. A professional trainer will guide the course.

★Beginners course: Ideal for novice runners, this training requires no prior running experience or fitness level. Participants learn proper running techniques, injury prevention, and how to enjoy running. With personal guidance from a professional trainer, they will be able to run for 30-40 minutes consecutively at their own pace.

★☆Take it Easy: Suitable for comeback and novice runners with little or no running experience. This course is especially for those with short endurance who want to train at a slower pace. Guided by a professional trainer, runners will be able to run for up to 25 minutes at their own pace. 
(Take It Easy Continuation: 25-30 min.) 

★★Intermediate: Geared towards runners who can already run for up to 30 minutes and want to extend this to a full hour. This training is perfect for those looking to improve their 10k time. At some locations, we offer Level I and Level II groups. Level I is less intensive than  Level II.

★★★Advanced and Marathon: Targeted at experienced runners who want to improve their running technique and speed. This course is excellent for those training for a half or full marathon and those who enjoy more intensive training.

★★+ Running Bootcamp: A bootcamp for runners that combines mixed training with bootcamp elements, running, and interval training.
