Intermediate (Levels 1 and 2)

You can run consistently for at least 30 minutes and you know you can run further! You may also be looking to reach the next level after our Beginners Course. Whether you want to push your limits in distance or speed, or improve your fitness, or you are looking for the stimulation of running within a group setting, then our Intermediate Courses are for you.

Stay fit and healthy through running

You already know that running is fun, your fitness level is good, but you need to train more intensively. Training will increase your muscle mass, burn more calories and reduce your fat percentage. You will notice that your nutritional needs are changing and you feel more like eating healthy food.

Intermediate course content

In our Intermediate courses you train in a group led by a trainer who will guide you for more than an hour per week for 13 or 15 weeks, so that you can run for approximately 60 minutes at the end of the course. You will also receive a running schedule to use to train alone or together with your running cohort. In this running course you will receive varied exercises that improve your running technique and strength and you will increase your endurance and fitness. 

Levels 1 and 2

The Intermediate course is offered at various locations. At some locations we divide the Intermediate group into two levels: level 1 training is less intensive, aiming to ensure you can run continuously for 60 minutes. Level 2 training is more intensive, ensuring you will become faster and cover more distance within 60 minutes. Our trainers always take into account the level of runners in the group and ensure everyone in the group can run responsibly without injury.
