Advanced and Marathon training
As an experienced runner you already run regularly and you have a goal to push out your boundaries. You are aiming to run more kilometers every time you train; to improve your speed; or potentially even train for the half or full marathon. After following this course, your running performance will be at a high level.
Build up progressively
As an experienced runner, you already run regularly, but you want to push yourself to the next level. This Advanced and Marathon Training programme will help you to build up progressively and achieve your best performance and meet your personal goals without overtraining.
Aims of the Advanced Course
You will increase the number of kilometers you can run! Improved muscle strength and attention to your technique ensures you will run more efficiently and effectively. By training three times a week: once a week together with your We Run The City group and twice more following your own personal schedule, you will be in a great physical and mental shape to take on the spring and autumn marathon seasons.
